With 8 million blind people and 62 million visually impaired, India shares almost a quarter of the entire global burden of blindness and vision impairment.

Nearly 70% of all vision impairments can be found in low-income regions of India.

We provide critical eye care to underserved communities, especially women and children.

We have restored eyesight and provided eyeglasses, medicine, and other eye care services to 10 million people.

Akhand Jyoti USA shares the vision and mission of Akhand Jytoti Eye Hospital in making top-quality eye care accessible to all, creating a healthier, brighter future for those in need.
